Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years QSR experience including at least one year in leadership
  • Ability to lift equipment and product cases weighing 10-50 pounds
  • Must be able to speak and hear clearly on telephone and in person
  • Must be able to operate a computer such as a desktop or tablet
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • If delivering catering, must have an operable personal cell phone and use it to track orders following company safety procedures
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Must comply with all state and federal labor laws

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years QSR experience with at least one year in a leadership role
  • Excellent prioritization interpersonal problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Ability to take direction from higher-level positions
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to recruit hire coach train and motivate employees
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager with recruitment selection and training efforts
  • Train and develop restaurant staff ensuring systems for training are fully implemented
  • Assign activities and tasks to team members
  • Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
  • Hold team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality according to brand standards
  • Review and modify practices to continuously improve the guest experience
  • Maintain brand image through restaurant cleanliness maintenance and service
  • Use management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance
  • Identify trends and develop action plans for improvement
  • Focus on long-term sales growth initiatives to drive profitable sales growth
  • Consider cost-benefit impacts of financial decisions to protect the brand
  • Monitor costs and adhere to budget and restaurant goals
