Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years QSR experience
  • At least 1 year leadership experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 10-50 pounds
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • If delivering catering orders, must have operable personal cell phone and comply with safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years QSR experience with at least one year in a leadership role
  • Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Ability to take direction from higher-level positions
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train, and motivate employees
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment, selection, and training efforts
  • Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure training systems are fully implemented and followed
  • Assign activities and tasks to restaurant team members
  • Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Manage daily activities to achieve operational excellence
  • Hold restaurant team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality
  • Review practices and modify as needed to continuously improve the guest experience
  • Maintain brand image through cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service
  • Partner with General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance
  • Identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
  • Focus on long-term sales growth initiatives to drive profitable growth
  • Consider cost-benefit impacts of financial decisions to protect the brand
  • Monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals
