Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years QSR experience including at least 1 year in leadership
  • Ability to recruit, hire, coach, and train staff
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift equipment and product cases weighing 10-50 lbs
  • Ability to clearly speak and hear on phone and in person
  • Ability to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet
  • If delivering catering orders, must have an operable personal cell phone
  • Must use personal phone to track catering orders via app or text when departing and upon delivery following safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years QSR experience including at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Ability to take direction from senior management
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to recruit, hire, coach, train, and motivate employees
  • Valid driver’s license required

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment, selection, and training efforts
  • Train and develop restaurant staff ensuring training systems are implemented and followed
  • Assign activities and tasks to team members
  • Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve excellent performance
  • Hold team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality in compliance with brand standards
  • Review and improve practices to enhance guest experience
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and brand image
  • Use management tools to analyze operational and financial performance
  • Identify trends and implement improvement action plans
  • Develop initiatives for long-term sales growth
  • Consider financial decisions for cost-benefit impact and brand protection
  • Monitor costs and ensure adherence to budget and restaurant goals
