Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years management experience in full-service, upscale restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
  • Valid food handler's card if required by local regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic accounting proficiency
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of running a successful unit
  • Hire, train, manage and motivate a team to consistently deliver excellent customer service
  • Support unit success by maintaining customer satisfaction, complying with company policies, and controlling productivity and costs
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring adherence to company standards
  • Foster a positive team environment focused on performance and development
  • Monitor operational metrics and implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations including food safety where applicable
