Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years management experience in full-service, upscale restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
- Valid food handler's card if required by local regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic accounting proficiency
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of running a successful unit
- Hire, train, manage and motivate a team to consistently deliver excellent customer service
- Support unit success by maintaining customer satisfaction, complying with company policies, and controlling productivity and costs
- Oversee daily operations ensuring adherence to company standards
- Foster a positive team environment focused on performance and development
- Monitor operational metrics and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations including food safety where applicable
