Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment, selection, and training efforts
- Train and develop restaurant staff and ensure training systems are fully implemented and followed
- Assign activities and tasks to team members
- Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- Hold restaurant team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence with brand systems and food safety requirements
- Review and modify practices to continuously improve the guest experience
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service
- Partner with the General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance
- Identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
- Focus on developing long-term sales growth initiatives
- Consider cost-benefit impact of financial decisions and protect the brand
- Monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals
