Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years QSR experience with leadership experience

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager with new hire recruitment, selection, and training efforts
  • Train and develop restaurant staff and ensure training systems are fully implemented and followed
  • Assign activities and tasks to team members
  • Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
  • Hold restaurant team accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence with brand systems and food safety requirements
  • Review and modify practices to continuously improve the guest experience
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service
  • Partner with the General Manager to analyze operational and financial performance
  • Identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
  • Focus on developing long-term sales growth initiatives
  • Consider cost-benefit impact of financial decisions and protect the brand
  • Monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals
