Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Open availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work 50 hours per week with 10-hour shifts
- Experience managing a team in quick service restaurant environment
- Familiarity with managing P&L, food costs, and labor
- Strong leadership skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Dependable attendance
- Commitment to providing high-quality food and excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Preferably two years of restaurant management experience in quick service industry
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to successfully manage P&L, food costs, and labor
- Customer service orientation and enthusiasm
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
Job Duties
- Complete eight to twelve-week paid management training program including certification in all crew positions and ServSafe Certification
- Perform timed skills tests, written tests, and attend classroom sessions
- Lead and manage restaurant teams effectively ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service
- Manage restaurant operations including P&L, food costs, and labor management
- Foster a positive team environment by motivating employees and maintaining regular, dependable attendance
- Ensure compliance with quality standards serving high-quality food
- Maintain excellent communication with team members and customers to support successful operations
