Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Open availability including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week with 10-hour shifts
  • Experience managing a team in quick service restaurant environment
  • Familiarity with managing P&L, food costs, and labor
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Dependable attendance
  • Commitment to providing high-quality food and excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Preferably two years of restaurant management experience in quick service industry
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Strong time management and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to successfully manage P&L, food costs, and labor
  • Customer service orientation and enthusiasm
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts

Job Duties

  • Complete eight to twelve-week paid management training program including certification in all crew positions and ServSafe Certification
  • Perform timed skills tests, written tests, and attend classroom sessions
  • Lead and manage restaurant teams effectively ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service
  • Manage restaurant operations including P&L, food costs, and labor management
  • Foster a positive team environment by motivating employees and maintaining regular, dependable attendance
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards serving high-quality food
  • Maintain excellent communication with team members and customers to support successful operations
