Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or retail preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- attention to detail
- punctuality and reliable transportation
- ability to work under varying temperature conditions including cold and heat
- willingness to follow strict quality control and safety standards
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- valid driver’s license required for delivery positions
Job Qualifications
- operate all equipment safely and efficiently
- stock ingredients accurately and prepare products
- receive and process telephone orders
- take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- clean equipment and facility daily
- communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- comprehend and give correct written instructions
- possess basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- make correct monetary change
- demonstrate motor coordination for fast and precise movements
- use computers or touch screens for order entry
Job Duties
- manage all activities during shift including cost controls and customer relations
- ensure 100 percent compliance with policies and procedures
- staff the store and manage paperwork efficiently
- control inventory and cash handling
- maintain food quality and adhere to schedules
- provide excellent customer service continuously
- keep store clean and support marketing and profitability efforts
