Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or customer service industry
- ability to work at least 35 hours per week with 100 percent attendance
- valid identification for E-Verify compliance
- reliable transportation for cash deposit duties
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- meet physical demands of fast-paced restaurant environment
- strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities

Job Duties
- ensure total customer satisfaction through quality product delivery and excellent customer service
- respond quickly and positively to customer concerns
- supervise and direct daily work activities of crew employees
- train, coach and provide performance feedback to employees
- make employment decisions including hiring, discipline, and termination
- prepare schedules to staff the restaurant adequately
- evaluate employee performance and hold employees accountable
- communicate team goals and motivate employees toward achieving goals
- analyze business performance and initiate corrective actions
- manage labor effectively to meet budgets while maintaining quality standards
- uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- execute company-wide marketing programs
- ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies
- maintain 100 percent attendance and work a minimum of 35 hours per week
- transport cash deposits securely
- continuously engage in franchise-specific education and certifications
- model and promote company values including compassion, communication, and collaboration
