Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or retail management preferred
- ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week
- strong customer service orientation
- good communication and interpersonal skills

- ability to operate independently and make sound decisions
- willingness to complete ongoing education and franchise certifications

Job Duties
- Ensure total customer satisfaction through delivery of quality product and excellent customer service
- respond quickly and positively to customer concerns to correct problems
- supervise and direct daily work activities of crew employees
- work independently using judgment in executing duties
- train, coach, and provide regular performance feedback
- make hiring and termination recommendations for Shift Leaders and Crew Persons
- prepare schedules to adequately staff the restaurant
- evaluate employee performance and hold staff accountable
- communicate team goals and expectations
- make employment decisions on hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, and compensation
- analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
- utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality
- maintain 100% attendance, working minimum 35 hours per week
- execute company-wide marketing programs
- ensure business and personnel practices comply with laws and policies
- uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- complete franchise certifications
- transport cash deposits securely
- model and promote company values
- perform any other assigned duties
