Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food service or restaurant management preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent problem-solving abilities
  • ability to maintain 100 percent attendance
  • physical ability to manage duties including cash transport
  • compliance with all company policies and federal and state regulations
  • willingness to participate in ongoing training and certification programs
  • customer-oriented mindset
  • valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to coach and mentor team members
  • knowledge of labor management and cost control
  • understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to analyze business performance and implement corrective actions
  • willingness to work a minimum of 35 hours per week
  • familiarity with scheduling and staffing
  • commitment to leadership development and continuous learning
  • valid driver's license for cash transport duties

Job Duties

  • Ensure total customer satisfaction through the delivery of a quality product and excellent customer service by restaurant personnel
  • respond positively and quickly to customer concerns and correct problems before they affect customers
  • supervise and direct daily work activities of crew employees while on duty
  • work independently and use own discretion and judgment in executing duties and responsibilities
  • train, coach and provide regular performance feedback to motivate and improve the performance of all employees
  • make and give recommendations in decisions to hire and terminate Shift Leaders and Crew Persons
  • prepare schedules to adequately staff the restaurant
  • evaluate employees' performance and hold employees accountable for meeting performance standards
  • communicate team goals and expectations to all employees
  • coach employees toward achieving goals
  • recognize and reward employees who contribute to goals
  • make employment decisions regarding hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, compensation
  • analyze business performance, monitor controllable costs and initiate appropriate corrective actions when necessary
  • utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality of QSC
  • execute company-wide marketing programs
  • ensure business and personnel practices are conducted according to state and federal laws and consistent with company policies and procedures
  • uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety of customer and employees
  • continued education including franchise specific certifications
  • transport cash deposits to bank in secure personal vehicle
  • model and promote all shared company values including compassion, communication and collaboration
  • perform any and all other duties assigned
