Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Experience in supervisory or management role preferred
- Ability to work at least 35 hours per week

Job Qualifications

- Previous management or supervisory experience in food service or retail

Job Duties
- Ensure total customer satisfaction through the delivery of quality product and excellent customer service
- Respond positively and quickly to customer concerns and correct problems
- Supervise and direct daily work activities of crew employees
- Use discretion and judgment in executing duties
- Train, coach, and provide regular performance feedback to motivate and improve employee performance
- Make and recommend decisions to hire and terminate Shift Leaders and Crew Persons
- Prepare schedules to adequately staff the restaurant
- Evaluate employees' performance and hold them accountable for meeting standards
- Communicate team goals and coach employees toward achieving them
- Make employment decisions regarding hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, compensation
- Analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
- Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality of QSC
- Execute company-wide marketing programs
- Ensure business and personnel practices comply with laws and company policies
- Uphold food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
- Participate in continued education and franchise specific certifications
- Transport cash deposits to bank in secure vehicle
- Model and promote company values including compassion, communication, collaboration
- Perform any other duties assigned
