Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 3 years' previous inflight experience or equivalent work experience
  • 2 to 3 years' experience influencing a team or vendor with strong inflight knowledge of processes and procedures
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview
  • Reliable punctual attendance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Business management operations or finance background
  • 2 to 3 years' previous inflight experience or equivalent work experience
  • 2 to 3 years' experience influencing a team or vendor with strong inflight knowledge of processes and procedures
  • Extensive knowledge of Flight Attendant Support Team policies and procedures
  • Extensive knowledge of United and AFA's JCBA
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable punctual attendance

Job Duties

  • Provide oversight and management of offshore vendor including setup of new agents training throughput and efficiency and performance against operational and quality goals
  • Maintain and execute FAST training portfolio for offshore vendor and CSC teams
  • Ensure team's knowledge base is relevant accurate and current
  • Take a lead role in executing large-scale projects and investigations
  • Lead coach and mentor junior members of the FAST team
  • Serve as subject matter expert on FAST policies and procedures
  • Participate in escalations adjustments and other work as the need arises
