Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 2 to 3 years' previous inflight experience or equivalent work experience
- 2 to 3 years' experience influencing a team or vendor with strong inflight knowledge of processes and procedures
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview
- Reliable punctual attendance
Job Qualifications

- Business management operations or finance background
- 2 to 3 years' previous inflight experience or equivalent work experience
- 2 to 3 years' experience influencing a team or vendor with strong inflight knowledge of processes and procedures
- Extensive knowledge of Flight Attendant Support Team policies and procedures
- Extensive knowledge of United and AFA's JCBA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable punctual attendance
Job Duties
- Provide oversight and management of offshore vendor including setup of new agents training throughput and efficiency and performance against operational and quality goals
- Maintain and execute FAST training portfolio for offshore vendor and CSC teams
- Ensure team's knowledge base is relevant accurate and current
- Take a lead role in executing large-scale projects and investigations
- Lead coach and mentor junior members of the FAST team
- Serve as subject matter expert on FAST policies and procedures
- Participate in escalations adjustments and other work as the need arises
