Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with restaurant management in quick service industry
  • Recent relevant experience managing a team
  • Familiarity with managing P&L, food costs, and labor
  • Open availability including weekends, holidays, and ability to work 50 hours per week
  • Must be able to complete eight to twelve-week paid training program
  • Must bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift
  • Must provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
  • Commitment to high quality food standards
  • Regular and dependable attendance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred two years of management experience in quick service restaurant industry
  • Familiarity with managing P&L statements, food costs, and labor
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Certification in ServSafe or willingness to obtain during training
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Complete eight to twelve-week paid training program including certification in all crew positions and ServSafe Certification
  • Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals
  • Perform timed skills tests, written tests, and classroom sessions as part of training
  • Monitor and manage P&L statements, food costs, and labor to maximize profitability
  • Foster a positive work environment by modeling professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude
  • Ensure regular and dependable attendance to maintain operational consistency
