Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with restaurant management in quick service industry
- Recent relevant experience managing a team
- Familiarity with managing P&L, food costs, and labor
- Open availability including weekends, holidays, and ability to work 50 hours per week
- Must be able to complete eight to twelve-week paid training program
- Must bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift
- Must provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Commitment to high quality food standards
- Regular and dependable attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred two years of management experience in quick service restaurant industry
- Familiarity with managing P&L statements, food costs, and labor
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Certification in ServSafe or willingness to obtain during training
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Complete eight to twelve-week paid training program including certification in all crew positions and ServSafe Certification
- Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals
- Perform timed skills tests, written tests, and classroom sessions as part of training
- Monitor and manage P&L statements, food costs, and labor to maximize profitability
- Foster a positive work environment by modeling professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude
- Ensure regular and dependable attendance to maintain operational consistency
