Job Duties

  • Maintain fast, accurate service

  • Follow cash control and security procedures
  • Manage inventory and labor
  • Review financial reports and take appropriate actions
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members
  • Conduct performance appraisals and take disciplinary actions
  • Motivate and train staff
  • Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds using preventative maintenance programs
  • Ensure 100 percent customer satisfaction
