Job Duties
- Maintain fast, accurate service
- Foster positive guest relations
- Ensure product quality consistent with company standards
- Comply with Occupational Safety & Health Act and local health and safety regulations
- Follow cash control and security procedures
- Manage inventory and labor
- Review financial reports and take appropriate actions
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members
- Conduct performance appraisals and take disciplinary actions
- Motivate and train staff
- Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds using preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure 100 percent customer satisfaction
- Execute corporate and local marketing plans
