Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years old
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation (not public transportation)
  • minimum 2 years leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
  • true desire to learn and grow

  • ability to manage financial aspects such as cash control and labor

Job Duties

  • maintain fast and accurate service
  • ensure positive guest relations
  • ensure products meet company quality standards
  • meet occupational safety and health regulations
  • assist in profit and loss management
  • manage cash control and inventory
  • manage labor and review financial reports
  • assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members
  • conduct performance appraisals and take disciplinary actions

  • uphold company standards on equipment, facilities, and grounds
  • ensure food quality and customer satisfaction
