Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work 35-45 hours per week including overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
- Physical stamina to perform standing, walking, sitting, use of hands, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in a moderately noisy and active environment
- Ability to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodations if needed
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction, and basic fractions
- Prior experience in food service or fast food management preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of inventory and supply chain processes
Job Duties
- Help manage a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees
- Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the unit to ensure a minimum loss from waste and theft
- Assist in the supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food
- Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
- Assist team members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency
- Complete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products
- Assist in daily and weekly paperwork
- Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment and supplies
- Perform other related duties as required
