Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work 35-45 hours per week including overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
  • Physical stamina to perform standing, walking, sitting, use of hands, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work in a moderately noisy and active environment
  • Ability to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodations if needed

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction, and basic fractions
  • Prior experience in food service or fast food management preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of inventory and supply chain processes

Job Duties

  • Help manage a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees
  • Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the unit to ensure a minimum loss from waste and theft
  • Assist in the supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food
  • Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
  • Assist team members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency
  • Complete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products
  • Assist in daily and weekly paperwork
  • Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment and supplies
  • Perform other related duties as required
