Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Physical stamina to work 35 to 45 hours per week
- Ability to use basic math
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, and have good vision including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
- Occasionally able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast food or restaurant management role preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, and fractions
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform various physical tasks
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as required
Job Duties
- Help manage a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees
- Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the unit to ensure a minimum loss from waste and theft
- Assist in the supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food
- Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
- Assist team members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency
- Complete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products
- Assist in daily and weekly paperwork
- Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment and supplies
- Perform other related duties as required
