Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year previous Assistant Manager experience
  • Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
  • Must successfully complete all required Fazoli's training and certification including ServSafe
  • Must be available to work all hours of restaurant operations
  • Must provide a safe and secure work environment maintaining all safety and security policies
  • Must have flexibility to transfer and/or assist other Fazoli's restaurants as business needs arise
  • Must successfully clear routine and periodic background, motor vehicle report and reference checks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year previous Assistant Manager experience
  • Completion of all required Fazoli's training and certifications including ServSafe
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Possess basic computer skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and competitive nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a management team

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in developing succession and bench strength using company development processes
  • Work with the General Manager to build business relationships and partnerships within the community
  • Seek to build in-house and off-premises sales by executing approved marketing plans
  • Maintain and enforce effective management practices, policies, controls, tools and systems to enhance efficiency, productivity, and workplace safety
  • Communicate effectively with diverse internal and external clients both verbally and in writing
  • Assist with planning and implementing multiple strategies and tasks simultaneously
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment by adhering to all safety and security policies
