Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year previous Assistant Manager experience
  • Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
  • Must successfully complete all required Fazoli's training and certification including ServSafe
  • Must be available to work all hours of restaurant operations
  • Must provide a safe and secure work environment by maintaining all safety and security policies
  • Must have flexibility to transfer and/or assist other Fazoli's restaurants
  • Must successfully clear routine background, motor vehicle report and reference checks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year previous Assistant Manager experience
  • Experience in fast casual or quick service restaurant preferred
  • Successful completion of all required Fazoli's training and certification including ServSafe
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Possess basic computer skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and competitive nature

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in developing succession and bench strength using company internal development processes
  • Work directly with the General Manager to build professional business relationships and community partnerships
  • Seek to build in-house and off-premises sales by executing approved marketing plans
  • Assist the General Manager in maintaining and enforcing effective management practices, policies, controls, tools and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to diverse internal and external clients
  • Assist with planning and implementation of multiple strategies and tasks simultaneously
  • Provide a safe and secure work environment by maintaining all safety and security policies
