Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year previous Assistant Manager experience
- Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
- Must successfully complete all required Fazoli's training and certification including ServSafe
- Must be available to work all hours of restaurant operations
- Must provide a safe and secure work environment by maintaining all safety and security policies
- Must have flexibility to transfer and/or assist other Fazoli's restaurants
- Must successfully clear routine background, motor vehicle report and reference checks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year previous Assistant Manager experience
- Experience in fast casual or quick service restaurant preferred
- Successful completion of all required Fazoli's training and certification including ServSafe
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Possess basic computer skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and competitive nature
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in developing succession and bench strength using company internal development processes
- Work directly with the General Manager to build professional business relationships and community partnerships
- Seek to build in-house and off-premises sales by executing approved marketing plans
- Assist the General Manager in maintaining and enforcing effective management practices, policies, controls, tools and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to diverse internal and external clients
- Assist with planning and implementation of multiple strategies and tasks simultaneously
- Provide a safe and secure work environment by maintaining all safety and security policies
