Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Fluent in English
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

- Reliable transportation with driver’s license and insurance
- Access to reliable communication methods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
- Ability to bend, stoop, and work around heat and others in close quarters
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs comfortably
Job Qualifications
- Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred
- Certified in all stations following the DHC Training Program
- Ability to delegate tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to view operations from a guest's perspective
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication with coworkers and management
Job Duties
- Supervise and monitor team members during shifts
- Follow the DHC Training Program to learn and train new skills
- Perform regular operational checks and quality assessments
- Organize shift schedules and monitor attendance and punctuality
- Assign tasks based on employee roles and skills
- Greet guests and handle orders with a positive attitude
- Ensure food preparation follows safety and sanitary procedures
- Use kitchen equipment like fryers and ice cream dispensers
- Maintain cleanliness by delegating cleaning tasks
- Handle guest complaints professionally
- Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to uniform policies
- Provide supervision and feedback to maintain productivity and morale
- Communicate team performance and address issues
- Train new and current team members
- Balance cash drawers and prepare deposits
- Enforce company policies and direction
- Plan and implement daily operational routines
- Complete administrative duties and paperwork
- Supervise opening and closing activities
- Establish open and honest communication
- Role model positive behavior and practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Follow food and cash control guidelines
- Support management decisions
