Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of restaurant management experience
- Open availability for full-time 45 hours per week
- Ability to adhere to brand standards and lead team members accordingly
- Proven team leadership and training skills
- Experience in operating and maintaining speed and service operations
- Positive and encouraging attitude
- Ability to assist General Manager in daily operations
- Knowledge of inventory management and scheduling
- Ability to monitor food quality, portion control and presentation
- Experience managing cash drawers
- Ability to enforce all company policies and standards
- Experience supporting local marketing efforts
- Basic math and financial skills
- Reliable transportation including valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Proficiency with Outlook calendar for scheduling

Job Duties
- Direct, coordinate, implement and manage planning and organizing to achieve sales and cost control objectives
- Hire, train, and retain employees
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest service and food quality
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations including opening, closing, inventory management and scheduling
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation for brand compliance
- Manage cash drawers and enforce company policies
- Support local marketing efforts such as catering orders and community events
