Job Requirements

  • Ability to function in high-pressure situations
  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer
  • Correctable vision and hearing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Clear, easy to understand oral communication ability
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally for the purposes of moving equipment on and off shelves
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to sit for long periods
  • Capability to read, write, and understand English
  • Skilled in the use computer and office equipment
  • Proficient in activities requiring manual dexterity of both hands
  • Primarily an onsite position

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in supporting management successfully in all aspects of an entertainment venue
  • Ability to assist GM in leading a team toward the common goals of incomparable guest service, maximizing revenues and minimizing expenses
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, with regular weekend work as standard

Job Duties

  • On-site logistics, working with vendors, upper management, and on-site staff
  • Provide direct support/point of contact for onsite staff — load-in through load out
  • On-site staff recruitment, scheduling, and payroll
  • On-site during load-in build, event, and strike
  • On-call before and throughout each event to support management and staff
  • Administration includes participating in meetings with management staff, preparing daily reports, final reports including detailed budget reports, closing inventory of supplies, and attending post-event meetings
  • Any other duties consistent with this job description as may be "reasonably" requested by management
