Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year restaurant management experience
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and insurance if position requires driving
- acceptable driving record for positions with significant driving responsibilities
- ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Assist in recruitment of shift managers and hourly staff
- implement employee orientation programs
- facilitate development and training plans
- build positive work environment
- conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- handle disciplinary procedures and documentation
- ensure effective communication and problem resolution
- lead by example to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
- resolve guest complaints using company protocols
- manage financial controllables including labor, overtime, food, supplies, audits, and cash management
- maintain company assets securely
- ensure compliance with training, safety, and operational standards
- maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance
- ensure compliance with health inspections and sanitation procedures
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
- execute all company policies
- implement marketing programs
- monitor business generators and plan shifts accordingly
