Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year restaurant management experience
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver’s license and insurance if position requires driving
  • acceptable driving record for positions with significant driving responsibilities
  • ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist in recruitment of shift managers and hourly staff
  • implement employee orientation programs
  • facilitate development and training plans
  • build positive work environment
  • conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • handle disciplinary procedures and documentation
  • ensure effective communication and problem resolution
  • lead by example to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
  • resolve guest complaints using company protocols
  • manage financial controllables including labor, overtime, food, supplies, audits, and cash management
  • maintain company assets securely
  • ensure compliance with training, safety, and operational standards
  • maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance
  • ensure compliance with health inspections and sanitation procedures
  • complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
  • execute all company policies
  • implement marketing programs
  • monitor business generators and plan shifts accordingly
