Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Minimum 2 years of guest service experience, preferably in grocery or retail
  • Proficiency in POS systems and general accounting principles
  • Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of health and sanitation standards and local/state regulations, especially alcohol sales

Job Duties

  • Support daily operations of the Front End, including during the absence of the Guest Services Manager
  • Train, coach, and support cashiers and guest service staff in POS systems, hospitality standards, and company policies
  • Maintain a welcoming, efficient, and organized Front End environment
  • Uphold strict standards in cash handling, accuracy, and security
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with alcohol sales regulations and security protocols
  • Support team scheduling, staff development, and performance feedback
  • Model outstanding guest service and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork
  • Troubleshoot and communicate POS system issues and support problem-solving
  • Perform hands-on support as needed: register operation, bagging, guest assistance
