Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of operations, ticketing, guest services, or retail experience in a supervisory role managing 20+ employees or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work demands
Job Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated mentoring and coaching skills focusing on team development
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day guest experience operations including ticketing sales and guest flow
- Facilitate communication and coordination with Entertainment, Technical & Show, Food & Beverage, Security, and contractors
- Ensure adequate staffing and scheduling aligned with business needs
- Provide work direction, coaching, performance reviews, and development to team members
- Manage guest sales contact points to maximize sales and ensure compliance with POS and PCI policies
- Implement inventory control measures to manage merchandise shrinkage
- Support execution of seasonal overlays, special events, group sales, and other sales initiatives
