Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of operations, ticketing, guest services, or retail experience in a supervisory role managing 20+ employees or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying work demands

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day guest experience operations including ticketing sales and guest flow
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with Entertainment, Technical & Show, Food & Beverage, Security, and contractors
  • Ensure adequate staffing and scheduling aligned with business needs
  • Provide work direction, coaching, performance reviews, and development to team members
  • Manage guest sales contact points to maximize sales and ensure compliance with POS and PCI policies
  • Implement inventory control measures to manage merchandise shrinkage
  • Support execution of seasonal overlays, special events, group sales, and other sales initiatives
