Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Manages and provides direction to supervisors within the Guest Arrivals department
  • Responsible for ensuring all departments within Guest Arrivals meet sales and per cap goals
  • Partners with Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, Investigations, and other departments to meet goals
  • Leads planning and support of parking and transportation for special events and resort logistics
  • Oversees daily operation of Guest Arrivals including toll plaza, surface parking, admissions, pass sales, and rentals
  • Ensures labor goals, efficiencies, crowd control, safety and quality standards are met
  • Approves weekly schedules for team members
  • Handles and reports incidents and operational deficiencies
  • Plans and executes events and departmental requests
  • Responsible for all equipment, inventory, quality, and collateral for ticket booths and point-of-sale
  • Develops hourly team members including hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Establishes initiatives to increase team member and guest satisfaction
  • Supports supervisors in performance management and counseling
  • Enforces department policies, procedures, training, and safety
  • Assists with labor budgets and optimization through scheduling
  • Provides duty manager coverage responding to escalated situations and park-wide needs
  • Oversees projects, initiatives, cross-training programs, and sustainment efforts
  • Participates in environmental, health, and safety responsibilities
  • Performs other duties as assigned
