Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Effective interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Availability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods
  • Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders
  • Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards
  • Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms
  • Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed
  • Restock inventory and supplies
  • Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with workplace laws and regulations
