Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in food services with leadership
- Food Safety (ServSafe) certification obtained within 180 days from date of hire
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a commercial kitchen environment
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 40 pounds
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends and events
- Strong customer service orientation
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of work experience in food services with demonstrated leadership skills
- Food Safety (ServSafe) certification within 180 days of hire
- Friendly and service-oriented
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Knowledge of professional cooking principles
- Ability to respond to food inquiries or complaints
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrates leadership skills preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Job Duties
- Assist with management and administration of IMU Dining and Catering operations
- Schedule and supervise employees
- Oversee preparation and service of meals
- Manage menus, orders, and oversee receiving process
- Collaborate on budget preparation, inventory control, and financial reporting
- Rotate promotions and assist with brand management
- Assume General Manager duties in their absence
