Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Experience in department or equivalent supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to accept guidance and supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public, customers and staff members
- Must have or be willing to obtain the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission Alcohol Seller/Server Certification
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Permit
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 50 pounds

- Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Permit
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 50 pounds, to include being able to lift and lower and carry 25 pounds above shoulder level
Job Duties
- Must be able to fulfill all functions and duties of all Food and Beverage Department positions
- Supervise food and beverage staff to ensure efficient daily operation
- Schedule proper staffing for shifts based on the needs of the business while remaining at or below budget
- Identify staffing levels daily and identify when to cut back or where to assign team members for the day
- Conduct pre- and post-shift briefings with all Food and Beverage Department employees
- Ability to properly and safely operate all kitchen and kiosk equipment
- Follow all park policies and procedures
- Initiate and impose disciplinary action according to park policies and procedures
- Responsible for the conducting in-service and ongoing training of employees to ensure optimal guest satisfaction in quality, service, safety and efficiency, as well as establishing and maintaining guest service standards
- Supervise guest experience to ensure excellent customer service is provided by the food and beverage staff
- Responsible for the continued compliance with the local Health Department sanitation guidelines by maintaining a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees through implementation of ServSafe policies and procedures
- Ensure all park policies and procedures are followed by all employees
- Assist customers with all questions regarding Hawaiian Waters Waterpark including facility layout and amenities
- Maintain monthly and daily inventory and help with organizing and ordering
- Responsible for other duties as assigned by Food and Beverage and Catering Manager
