Job Requirements

  • professional food managers certification required
  • nevada state certifications required
  • must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule based on business demands
  • consistent attendance required

Job Qualifications

  • associate's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of food and beverage management experience
  • proficient with point of sale (POS) systems
  • knowledgeable in purchasing and inventory systems
  • effective leadership and team management skills
  • ability to provide performance feedback and development
  • flexible scheduling capability

Job Duties

  • maintain high standards of efficiency, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • manage daily labor and non-labor budgets
  • direct workflow of front of house and back of house teams
  • resolve guest situations
  • ensure compliance with food handling policies and local regulations
  • stock and inventory management
  • oversee scheduling in accordance with business volume
  • conduct performance reviews and training
  • coach and monitor team member performance
  • support execution of special events
  • participate in environmental, health and safety responsibilities
  • perform other duties as assigned
