Job Requirements
- professional food managers certification required
- nevada state certifications required
- must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule based on business demands
- consistent attendance required

Job Qualifications
- associate's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of food and beverage management experience
- proficient with point of sale (POS) systems
- knowledgeable in purchasing and inventory systems
- effective leadership and team management skills
- ability to provide performance feedback and development
- flexible scheduling capability
Job Duties
- maintain high standards of efficiency, cleanliness, and sanitation
- manage daily labor and non-labor budgets
- direct workflow of front of house and back of house teams
- resolve guest situations
- ensure compliance with food handling policies and local regulations
- stock and inventory management
- oversee scheduling in accordance with business volume
- conduct performance reviews and training
- coach and monitor team member performance
- support execution of special events
- participate in environmental, health and safety responsibilities
- perform other duties as assigned
