Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
- Minimum of three years restaurant or related hospitality experience
- Bar experience preferred
- Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Ability to multi-task, delegate, lead and prioritize
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with legal requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Must obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service certification
- Must obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- May be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license
- Must be able to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally and exert up to 10 pounds of force
- Must present a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance
- No driving responsibilities
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manages the day-to-day operation of the F&B venues in accordance with policies and procedures
- Develops initiatives to build sales, profitability, and guest counts
- Analyzes monthly operating statements and manages operational expenses
- Compiles variance reports, management reports, budgets
- Monitors team member performance and works closely with business office and internal audit
- Ensures monthly safety meetings and adherence to safety policies
- Maintains Health Department regulations and food safety standards
- Oversees preparation and presentation of menu items, food storage and inventory
- Responds to guest comments and ensures high ethical standards
- Performs other duties to support department operations
