Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree preferred
- 2 to 3 years of food and beverage management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to obtain a work card
- Consistent attendance is required

Job Qualifications
- Must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule based on business demands
- Proficient in point of sale, purchasing and inventory systems
- Extensive knowledge of Excel
- Ability to analyze operational data and research product variances
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Supervisory experience
- Professional food manager certification
- Nevada state certifications
Job Duties
- Support daily food and beverage operations including storage and delivery of products
- Manage inventory systems, point-of-sale systems, mobile ordering applications, and guest-facing web pages
- Facilitate recipe control changes, manage variances and spoilage, and coordinate new menu roll outs and signage changes
- Verify venue stock levels daily and reorder stock per established par levels
- Analyze operational performance, research product variances, and resolve issues with culinary and operational teams
- Analyze shipping and delivery data to identify bottlenecks and ensure smooth logistics
- Prioritize and multitask competing demands such as expediting vendor products and implementing corrective actions
- Participate in Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities
- Supervise a non-exempt team
- Perform other assigned duties
