The Food and Beverage Manager role at Universal Kids Resort is a pivotal position responsible for driving revenue generation through the efficient management of multiple food and beverage locations offering mobile food dining ordering services. Job Qualifications
- certified professional foods manager (cpfm) certification required
- bachelor's degree is preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- strong leadership and team development skills
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- excellent communication and organizational abilities
- ability to manage multiple venues simultaneously
Job Duties
- assist management with the consistent execution of guest service and operational standards
- perform all operational duties related to the daily opening and closing of multiple locations to include inventory, performing audits and completing the end-of-day process
- remain in strict accordance with department of health and beverage laws and local regulations regarding food handling requirements
- oversee the daily operation of multiple food & beverage locations ensuring labor goals, efficiencies, safety and quality standards are met
- effectively handle and report incidents, team member/guest issues and operational deficiencies
- develop supervisors through training, coaching, and mentoring
- enforce department policies and procedures including training and safety
- provide department duty manager coverage and respond to escalated incidents
- actively participate in environmental, health & safety responsibilities
- perform other duties as assigned
