Job Requirements

  • Certified Professional Foods Manager (CPFM) certification
  • 3 plus years of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
  • Consistent attendance

Job Duties

  • Assist management with the consistent execution of guest service and operational standards
  • Perform all operational duties related to the daily opening and closing of multiple locations including inventory, audits, and end-of-day process
  • Remain in strict accordance with food handling laws and regulations
  • Oversee the daily operation of multiple food and beverage locations ensuring labor goals, efficiencies, safety and quality standards are met
  • Handle and report incidents, team member and guest issues, and operational deficiencies
  • Develop supervisors through training, coaching, and mentoring to increase team member and guest satisfaction
  • Enforce department policies and procedures including training and safety
  • Provide department duty manager coverage and respond to escalated incidents
  • Participate actively in environmental, health, and safety responsibilities following established policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
