Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Culinary preferred
  • 3+ years experience in food and beverage industry including 1+ year supervisory experience
  • Certified Professional Foods Manager (CPFM) certification
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Consistent attendance
  • Ability to perform essential job duties
  • Compliance with health and safety laws
  • Ability to manage budgets and inventory

Job Qualifications

  • Certified Professional Foods Manager (CPFM) certification required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Culinary preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage industry
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and labor costs
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Experience in team training and development
  • Proven ability to handle guest relations and resolve issues

Job Duties

  • Manage all facets of service, production, quality, and controls during daily food and beverage operations
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to support events
  • Plan and ensure readiness of team members, facilities, and materials for daily operations
  • Oversee opening and closing duties and report equipment maintenance needs
  • Maintain compliance with health and beverage laws and local regulations
  • Manage inventory and control food, beverage, and non-labor costs
  • Create and manage weekly schedules according to business volume and event demands
  • Track and control labor hours and costs
  • Implement initiatives to increase team member satisfaction and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure safety measures and training compliance
  • Lead hiring, training, and coaching of staff
  • Monitor and provide feedback on team performance
  • Participate in environmental, health and safety responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
