Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of bar and restaurant operations
  • ability to direct and supervise employees
  • working knowledge of computer programs including MS Office and MS Outlook
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • excellent customer service skills
  • interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
  • ability to effectively communicate in English in both oral and written forms
  • minimum of three years previous food and beverage administration experience in an operation employing at least 25 department employees
  • current health card required
  • Nevada gaming license required

Job Duties

  • Hire motivate evaluate and supervise staff to ensure objectives are met
  • prepare employee schedules to maintain proper staffing and control labor costs
  • monitor and evaluate service performance by observing operations and surveying guests
  • coordinate with employees to improve service and financial outcomes
  • assist Director in developing strategies objectives and budgets
  • participate in creating training programs for staff
  • perform special assignments and projects to support operational objectives
