Job Requirements
- Knowledge of bar and restaurant operations
- ability to direct and supervise employees
- working knowledge of computer programs including MS Office and MS Outlook
- professional appearance and demeanor
- excellent customer service skills
- interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
- ability to effectively communicate in English in both oral and written forms
- minimum of three years previous food and beverage administration experience in an operation employing at least 25 department employees
- current health card required
- Nevada gaming license required

Job Duties
- Hire motivate evaluate and supervise staff to ensure objectives are met
- prepare employee schedules to maintain proper staffing and control labor costs
- monitor and evaluate service performance by observing operations and surveying guests
- coordinate with employees to improve service and financial outcomes
- assist Director in developing strategies objectives and budgets
- participate in creating training programs for staff
- perform special assignments and projects to support operational objectives
