Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years of experience in a full service restaurant
  • at least one year in a supervisory role
  • knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • understanding of safety regulations
  • experience with inventory control
  • physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • ability to work outdoors in varied weather

Job Qualifications

  • comfortable working in varied weather conditions including sun, humidity, and occasional rain

Job Duties

  • Train, support, and supervise the FOH food and beverage team
  • ensure team members adhere to company service standards and operational procedures
  • lead food and beverage department meetings to communicate daily goals, menu updates, and special events
  • handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally
  • support leadership with training initiatives and performance evaluations
  • oversee daily floor operations ensuring seamless guest experience
  • manage table assignments, staff rotations, and assist with scheduling
  • collaborate with back-of-house team for timely and accurate order delivery
  • monitor and maintain inventory for bar, FOH supplies, and guest amenity market
  • conduct regular stock counts and submit purchase requests
  • oversee guest amenity market displays for proper stocking and merchandising
  • collect end-of-day server and bar reports
  • track and report inventory including waste and trends
  • ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met
  • ensure compliance with alcohol service statutes and operational policies
