Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years as restaurant floor experience as supervisor or manager
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or combination of education, training, and experience
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
- Beverage knowledge is a plus

Job Duties
- Provide management support in the oversight of an assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality service to guests
- Plan, organize, control and direct front-line staff while ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
- Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department
- Assist with the interview, selection, training, supervision, counselling, and disciplinary process of food and beverage management
- Support staff performance and maintain high service and quality standards
- Coordinate daily operations and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
