Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years as restaurant floor experience as supervisor or manager
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or combination of education, training, and experience
  • Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
  • Beverage knowledge is a plus

  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations

Job Duties

  • Provide management support in the oversight of an assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality service to guests
  • Plan, organize, control and direct front-line staff while ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
  • Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department
  • Assist with the interview, selection, training, supervision, counselling, and disciplinary process of food and beverage management
  • Support staff performance and maintain high service and quality standards
  • Coordinate daily operations and resolve guest concerns promptly
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
