Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
- Experience managing a team in a quick service restaurant environment
- Familiarity with managing profit and loss, food costs, and labor
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Enthusiasm and energy for each shift
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Open availability including weekends, holidays, and ability to work 50 hours per week with 10-hour shifts
- Regular and dependable attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years management experience preferred
- Experience in Quick Service restaurant management
- Knowledge of P&L, food cost, and labor management
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Ability to deliver high quality customer service consistently
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Complete a paid eight to twelve-week training program including certification in all crew positions and ServSafe certification
- Lead and manage restaurant teams to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high quality food standards
- Oversee daily operational functions including managing food costs, labor, and profit and loss statements
- Conduct skills testing, written assessments, and classroom management training
- Foster a positive team environment by demonstrating leadership, time management, professionalism, and motivation
- Ensure regular and dependable attendance while maintaining a positive attitude
- Manage scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and 10-hour shifts required in a fast-paced quick service restaurant environment
