Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in major installations, repairs, maintenance or paint of facilities
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Technical school or Associate’s degree preferred
- Maintenance Management certification and/or General Contractor license preferred
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Consistent attendance
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

Job Qualifications
- Technical school or Associate’s degree in General Studies, Technology, or related field preferred
- Maintenance Management certification and/or General Contractor license preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in major installations, repairs, maintenance or painting of facilities
- At least 1 year of leadership experience
- Experience in seasonal or regional theme parks is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Consistent attendance
Job Duties
- Manage facilities maintenance efforts including daily operations and repairs
- Develop and refine maintenance standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and Universal Quality Standards
- Coordinate vendor and contractor scopes for maintenance projects
- Oversee completion and processing of work orders and conduct regular property inspections
- Hire, train, coach, and schedule hourly Facilities Team Members
- Manage labor budgets and mitigate overtime
- Drive action plans to improve Team Member satisfaction, Guest satisfaction, and safety standards
- Oversee capital and expense budgets and optimize labor usage
- Assist with seasonal weather sustainment initiatives and special projects
- Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities
- Perform other assigned duties
