Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience with restaurant management in the Quick Service industry with recent relevant experience managing a team
- Familiarity with managing P&L, food costs, and labor
- Must love to work in a team environment and bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift
- Enjoy giving excellent customer service with a smile
- Pride yourself on serving only the highest quality of food
- Understand your success depends on the success of others
- Open availability including weekends, holidays, and willingness to work 50 hours per week
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts during day and night
- Must complete paid training and certification program
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of management experience preferred
- Experience in restaurant management within the Quick Service industry
- Knowledge of managing P&L, food costs, and labor
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain
Job Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant operations to ensure quality service and food standards
- Complete an eight to twelve-week paid training program including certification in all crew positions and ServSafe Certification
- Conduct timed skills tests, written tests, classroom sessions, and management training
- Manage team schedules, labor costs, and food costs to maintain profitability
- Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff and leading by example
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
