Job Requirements
- At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience
- Be 18 years of age or older in accordance with applicable law
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Strong guest service skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive motions including bending, stooping, and reaching
- Capable of lifting packages if applicable
- Able to work in small spaces
- Comfortable wearing a headset if applicable

- Basic computer skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Basic math and financial management skills
- Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality

Job Duties
- Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
- Lead team meetings along with Restaurant Manager
- Oversee brand training programs, schedule, train, validate, and certify team and shift lead staff
- Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
- Create and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
- Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement
- Communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and results to restaurant team members
- Execute new product rollouts including training, marketing, and sampling
- Setup point of purchase displays as per brand standards
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment
- Control costs to help maximize profitability
- Complete inventory periodically
- Support labor scheduling ensuring shifts are staffed
- Assign staff and deployment
- Support completion of supplier and vendor orders
- Conduct self-assessments and action plans
- Ensure restaurant budget is met
- Manage cash over/short according to policies
- Engage with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations as appropriate
- Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members
- Assist with team and shift lead performance appraisal process
- Coach restaurant team to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
