Job Requirements

  • At least six months of retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older per applicable law
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions including bending, stooping and reaching
  • Ability to lift packages as needed
  • Ability to work in a small space
  • Basic English language proficiency
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation policies
  • Availability to work a flexible, part-time schedule

Job Duties

  • Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • Lead team meetings with the Restaurant Manager
  • Oversee brand training programs, schedule, train, validate, certify team and shift lead staff
  • Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed
  • Create and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
  • Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement
  • Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members
  • Execute new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling
  • Set up point of purchase in-store displays per brand standards
  • Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation requirements
  • Control costs to maximize profitability
  • Complete inventory periodically
  • Support restaurant manager in labor scheduling and staff deployment
  • Assist in supplier and vendor orders
  • Conduct self-assessments with action plans
  • Manage cash over/short and enforce cash management policies
  • Engage with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations team as appropriate
  • Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members
  • Coach team to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction
