Job Description
This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise located at 3375 Sunrise Way, Corning, CA, 96021. Unlike working directly for McDonald’s USA, applicants will be employed by the franchisee, who operates and manages the restaurant independently. This means that all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling, are made solely by the franchisee. The franchisee also handles all employment-related inquiries and privacy practices, ensuring a direct, local employment experience.
