- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

Job Duties
- assist in planning schedules and labor needs based on forecasted sales to ensure strong coverage and efficiency
- oversee the deli counter and sales floor to keep products stocked, rotated, and attractively displayed
- coach and train team members to deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and consistent customer service
- maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards across all front-of-house areas
- help manage timecards, shrink reporting, documentation, and team huddles
- communicate daily with the Department Manager, Deli Kitchen, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
- support merchandising, promotions, and sampling efforts to engage shoppers and boost sales
- jump in wherever needed to maintain service flow and keep operations running strong
