Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a management or supervisory role
- Ability to work varying shifts based on a rotating 3 week schedule averaging 45 hours per week
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Ability to maintain high standards of integrity and work ethic
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Capable of following established practices and procedures
- Able to adapt to changing store environment conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Retail management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze operational data
- Positive interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team-building abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
- Foster a positive team environment by building trust and encouraging collaboration
- Analyze operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement
