Job Requirements
- To assist the General Manager in operating the restaurant to achieve corporate profit objectives
- Provide guest satisfaction
- Help provide a friendly and enthusiastic work environment for all team members
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and work any station as needed
- Act as Manager on Duty ensuring the highest level of hospitality and service
- Escalate disciplinary issues to Manager and General Manager
- Ensure compliance with food standards, quality, preparation and production
- Ensure compliance with guest relations, labor costs, paper costs, safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to safely perform essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other regulations
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
- Team members may be assigned other duties as required by business needs
- Appointment is at-will basis
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of restaurant or retail leadership experience
- A great attitude and team energy
- Day and night availability
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
