Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience
- food safety certification per state or local requirements
- reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to manage multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Duties
- assist in recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates
- implement employee orientation program
- facilitate training and development plans
- conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- ensure 100% guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints
- manage financial controllables including labor, food, and cash
- maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
- execute marketing programs and plan shifts accordingly
