  • food safety certification per state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • assist in recruitment of shift manager and hourly candidates
  • implement employee orientation program
  • facilitate training and development plans
  • conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • ensure 100% guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints
  • manage financial controllables including labor, food, and cash
  • maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
  • execute marketing programs and plan shifts accordingly
