Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of retail or customer service, sales, or collections experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid state driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work full-time with a consistent schedule

Job Duties
- Manage credit and collections activities to support growth and revenue
- Provide high-quality, friendly customer service with a servant’s heart
- Perform deliveries and pickups ensuring safe and compliant loading, unloading, and installation
- Maintain store merchandising by organizing products and ensuring cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
- Assist with additional duties as required to meet business needs
