Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, public relations, business administration or similar
- minimum 3 years relevant experience in hospitality, event planning, marketing or related field
- flexibility to travel occasionally
- availability to work during weeknights and weekends as needed
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and event-related software
- strong project management and communication skills
- ability to build relationships with executive leadership
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- strategic mindset with creativity and attention to detail
- reliable and self-motivated
- team player willing to take on various tasks
Job Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in hospitality, event planning, marketing or similar
- flexibility and willingness to travel for events
- ability to work occasional weeknights and weekends
- familiarity with Microsoft Office and event software

Job Duties
- assist in planning, scheduling, marketing and executing both in-person and virtual corporate events
- partner cross-functionally with corporate marketing, business development, people & culture, external relations and more
- research venues and draft proposals for unique off-site meetings, events and leadership retreats
- liaise with vendors to ensure contracts and direction are correct
- partner with key stakeholders and creative teams to ensure presentations, materials, giveaways and signage align with brand standards
- coordinate itineraries, room blocks and travel for offsite executive retreats
- track expenses, manage contracts, process payments and maintain event records
- serve as a point of contact at events, oversee setup, manage registration and troubleshoot issues
- gather post-event feedback, conduct debriefs and produce event recaps
- help build scalable systems and playbooks for national execution
- raise the bar for corporate events by introducing new concepts and ideas
